14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

To request a return, email info@tampahometree.us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return conditions

For change-of-mind returns, items should be in their original condition, with all included accessories, manuals and packaging where reasonably possible.

Please tell us if the product has been opened, installed or used. These conditions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Return shipping

Do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically authorize that destination. Products containing batteries may require special shipping arrangements.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where safe and helpful.

Stop using any product that appears unsafe. We will explain the available resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate and required by law.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
